CEO & FounderIlia is a Swiss application security expert and entrepreneur. Starting his career as a penetration tester, he founded High-Tech Bridge to incarnate his application security ideas. Ilia invented the concept of hybrid security assessment for web applications that was globally launched in 2014 under ImmuniWeb® brand. Afterwards, Ilia designed and managed implementation of numerous machine learning technologies for ImmuniWeb. Ilia holds a BS (Hons.) in Mathematics and Computer Science, and is currently performing his Master of Legal Studies degree at Washington University in St. Louis. His military service took place in Swiss artillery troops. Ilia is a contributing writer for CSO, SC Magazine UK, Dark Reading and Forbes, mainly writing about cybercrime and application security. He is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council. In 2016 he received "Forum des 100" award - 12th annual award for one hundred entrepreneurs, politicians and personalities who build the French speaking part of Switzerland. In 2017 Ilia was named a "Thought Leader" by SC Media Reboot Awards.
Executive Vice President and General CounselStéphane Koch is involved in various ICT projects since 1994. Speaker, lecturer, and conferences organizer, he also took part in many studies and projects in relation with ICT’s throughout Europe and US. Stéphane Koch is also a non-commissioned officer in Swiss Special Forces. Being High-Tech Bridge's VP since 2010, he holds a MAS in Economic Crime Investigation, and has extensive experience in online reputation management, brand protection, and response to cybercrime. Specialized in strategic management of information, he delivers a course on offensive and diverted uses of information via the Internet within the Ecole de Guerre Economique de Paris (Paris School of Economic War).
Chief Technology OfficerMarsel Nizamutdinov has a BS degree with honors in System Analysis and Mathematics. Marsel is the author of one of the first books about web application security, published at the very beginning of 2005 and translated into two languages. He started his career in IT security industry in early 2001, when he was responsible for information security in a medical institution. At the beginning of 2003, Marsel joined one of the biggest online retailers in Eastern Europe, where he managed security and compliance for online transaction processing for European and American markets. In 2008, he moved to a leading ERP software company in Eastern Europe as a Chief Security Specialist. There Marsel was responsible for security of more than 50 thousand corporate customers, including large banks and governmental institutions. In 2011, he joined High-Tech Bridge to lead the development of ImmuniWeb® platform. Under his supervision, High-Tech Bridge’s technology teams are responsible for ImmuniWeb platform and engine development, scientific research in mathematics and machine learning, and intelligent automation of numerous processes that required human intelligence in the past. Marsel is also passionate about mountain ski.
Chief Financial OfficerWilliam Weber obtained his university degree in economics and finance in Fribourg, Switzerland. He completed Swiss Civil Protection service as an officer. William Weber has over 30 years of professional experience in the domain of corporate finance and managerial accounting. He was working as a financial expert and financial director at leading companies internationally and across Switzerland. At High-Tech Bridge he is responsible for corporate finance, accounting, operations and legal aspects of business.
Chief Operating OfficerEkaterina Khrustaleva has a BA degree in banking and accounting. She started her career in banking and family office industry in Geneva. She joined sales team of High-Tech Bridge in early 2010 as an ordinary sales manager, and in 2013, after several promotions for outstanding performance, was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Today Ekaterina leads High-Tech Bridge’s business and operations, inspiring her team by example and encouraging by experience. Speaking five languages, Ekaterina is also in charge of global partnerships and strategic alliances, including High-Tech Bridge’s partnerships with PwC offices worldwide. She is a member of several private clubs in Switzerland and Europe gathering the most successful business leaders and entrepreneurs. Ekaterina is currently attending Leadership Programs at IMD Business School in Lausanne.
