CEO & FounderIlia Kolochenko has a university degree with honors in Mathematics and Computer Science from Geneva, the city where he grew up. He started his career as a penetration tester, he was also a security expert and team leader working for various financial institutions and companies in Switzerland and abroad. His military service took place in Swiss artillery troops. At the end of 2007 he founded High-Tech Bridge, aiming to deliver efficient and effective penetration testing to companies of all sizes. In 2010 Ilia Kolochenko created a concept of hybrid security assessment of web applications, called ImmuniWeb, that was globally launched in 2014. Being a web application security expert and chief architect of ImmuniWeb, he is personally involved into ImmuniWeb’s daily operations, implementing new features, functions and algorithms. Ilia Kolochenko is a contributor to SC and CSO magazines, he is regularly quoted in leading IT security and business journals including WSJ, CNBC, Financial Times, and BBC. In 2016 he received "Forum des 100" award - 12th annual award of 100 entrepreneurs, politicians and personalities who build the French speaking part of Switzerland. Ilia Kolochenko is a member of Forbes Technology Council.
Chief Technology OfficerMarsel Nizamutdinov has a university degree with honors in System Analysis and Mathematics. Marsel Nizamutdinov is the author of one of the first books about web application security, published at the beginning of 2005. He started his career in the IT security industry in 2001, when he was responsible for information security in a medical institution. At the beginning of 2003, Marsel Nizamutdinov joined one of the biggest online retailers in Eastern Europe, where he managed security of online transactions for European and American markets. In 2008 he moved to leading web software company in Eastern Europe as Chief Security Specialist. There he was responsible for security of more than 50 thousands corporate customers, including large banks and governmental institutions. In 2011 he joined High-Tech Bridge to lead ImmuniWeb platform. His team is responsible for ImmuniWeb® Vulnerability Scanning Platform development and support.
Chief Financial OfficerWilliam Weber obtained his university degree in economics and finance in Fribourg, Switzerland. He completed Swiss Civil Protection service as an officer. William Weber has over 30 years of professional experience in the domain of corporate finance and managerial accounting. He was working as financial expert and financial director at leading companies internationally and across Switzerland. At High-Tech Bridge he is responsible for corporate finance, accounting, operations and legal aspects of business.
Chief Operating OfficerEkaterina Khrustaleva started her career in banking and family office industry in Geneva. She joined sales team of High-Tech Bridge in 2010 as an ordinary sales manager, and after several promotions for performance was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Ekaterina leads our sales and marketing teams, inspiring them by example and experience. Speaking five languages, Ekaterina is also in charge of global partnerships and strategic alliances. She is a member of several private clubs in Switzerland and Europe gathering the most successful leaders and entrepreneurs.
Executive Vice President and General CounselStéphane Koch is involved in various ICT projects since 1994. Speaker, lecturer, and conferences organizer, he also took part in many studies and projects in relation with ICT’s throughout Europe and US. Stéphane Koch is also a non-commissioned officer in Swiss Special Forces. Being High-Tech Bridge's VP since 2010, he holds a MAS in Economic Crime Investigation, and has extensive experience in online reputation management, brand protection, and response to cybercrime. Specialized in strategic management of information, he delivers a course on offensive and diverted uses of information via the Internet within the Ecole de Guerre Economique de Paris (Paris School of Economic War).
