Craig Spiezle

Advisory Board Member

Craig Spiezle Craig Spiezle is an Executive Director, Founder & President of Online Trust Alliance (OTA), Board member of the Identity Theft Council, appointed to the Federal Communications Commission’s Communication Security, Reliability and Interoperability Council and a Utility Commissioner for the City of Clyde Hill. In addition, Mr. Spiezle is an active member of InfraGard a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the private sector, the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the Anti-Phishing Working Group (APWG). Mr. Spiezle is recognized as a thought leader and pioneer on the convergence of interactive marketing, society and digital commerce. Leveraging his deep understanding of privacy, security and data stewardship, he is a champion of best practices to help protect consumer trust and confidence and the importance of promoting the vitality and innovation of the internet. Recognized as a voice of reason, he frequently briefs members of US Congress representing the roles and shared responsibility of members of the ecosystem and the importance of meaningful self-regulation. Prior to OTA, Mr.Spiezle spent over a decade at Microsoft in several management roles. Hired by Microsoft in 1992, he held various managerial positions. Most recently he was the Director of Security & Privacy Product Management, driving development of anti-spam, anti-phishing, anti-malware and privacy enabling technologies. Mr. Spiezle holds a Bachelors of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Seattle University.

Anuj Singh

Anuj Singh Anuj Singh is a Director of Global Response Centre at International Multilateral Partnership Against Cyber Threats (IMPACT). Mr. Singh was instrumental in the formation of IMPACT after the initiative was announced in 2006. He is an award winning cybersecurity advocate who has over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology and has served more than a decade in the cybersecurity industry. At IMPACT, he is responsible for the design and development of service offerings for IMPACT’s partner countries. He works closely with various industry partners as well as the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) offering comprehensive cybersecurity services to partner countries. He also plays an important role in developing the overall technology strategies, engineering and research activities in IMPACT, as well as overseeing IMPACT’s technology and response divisions. Under his leadership, IMPACT’s services have consistently achieved appreciation and numerous accolades amongst ITU-IMPACT partner countries. Mr. Singh started his career as a quality assurance professional and then moved on to software development for a large solution provider. He managed several large software and IT infrastructure projects before becoming the product manager responsible for core product development and services delivery of a managed security services provider. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and Post Graduate qualifications in Systems Management.

Jake Kouns

Jake Kouns Jake Kouns is the co-founder, CEO, and CFO of the Open Security Foundation (OSF), a non-profit organization that oversees the operations of OSVDB.org, DataLossDB.org, Cloutage.org and SECore.info. All projects are independent and open web-based databases that provide detailed and unbiased technical information on security vulnerabilities, cloud security, security conferences and data loss incidents world-wide. Mr. Kouns has presented at many well-known security conferences including RSA, DEFCON, CISO Executive Summit, EntNet IEEE GlobeCom, CanSecWest, SOURCE and SyScan. He is the co-author of Security in an IPv6 Environment, Francis and Taylor, 2009, Information Technology Risk Management in Enterprise Environments, Wiley, 2010, and The Chief Information Security Officer, IT Governance, 2011. He holds both a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Security from James Madison University. In addition, he holds a number of certifications including ISC2's CISSP, and ISACA's CISM, CISA and CGEIT.

Brian Martin

Brian Martin Brian Martin has been studying, analyzing, collecting and cataloging vulnerabilities as a professional activity and a hobby for more than 15 years. Starting with a personal collection organized in the FILES.BBS format and ultimately becoming the Moderator of the Open Source Vulnerability Database (OSVDB), where he processes hundreds of vulnerabilities daily, Mr. Martin has pushed for the evolution of Vulnerabilities Databases for many years for the benefit of the information security industry. He has been involved in all aspects of the vulnerability disclosure process, including finding new vulnerabilities, writing security advisories, coordinating disclosure with vendors and working with a variety of organizations to improve their vulnerability handling and response. Currently Mr. Martin is the COO of Open Security Foundation and a CVE Editorial Board member. His unique experience and expertise make him one of the most respected leaders in Vulnerability Management and a sought-after speaker at well-known security conferences, such as DEFCON, BlackHat, BruCON and many others.

Philippe Meyer

Philippe Meyer Philippe Meyer obtained his first university degree in Geneva and a second at the University of California, Berkeley. Since 2006, he has acted as a Director of International Affairs Department at Geneva's Chamber of Commerce (CCIG), with responsibility for international trade and direct foreign investment. Previously, he held a director position in the economic sector of Geneva's government, where he worked for seven years. Fluent in several languages, Mr. Meyer has a well-developed network of contacts with international Chambers of Commerce. His experience of facilitating complex economic and business affairs makes him an indispensable speaker at many events, forums and conferences.

Alexander Kirpo

Alexander Kirpo Alexander Kirpo has been working in IT and IT-security industry since 1995. Today, he is a CIO of UPC, one of the largest Credit Card and ATM processing institutes in Eastern Europe. In 2008, he successfully lead UPC in compliance with PCI DSS. Previously, Alexander Kirpo was working in the domains of banking fraud prevention and investigation, risk monitoring and management in banking and financial sectors such as Visa Inc. He is a world-recognized expert in PCI compliance, Credit Card fraud prevention and investigation.

He received his Patent in 2000 after completing an internship as a lawyer in Canton of Fribourg and holds a Master Degree in Law from University of Geneva.
