CEO & President
Ilia Kolochenko has a university degree with honors in Mathematics and Computer Science from Geneva, his city of origin. His military service in artillery troops took place in Frauenfeld, Switzerland. Heading High-Tech Bridge since its creation, Mr. Kolochenko had previously worked as a security expert and manager with various financial institutions in Switzerland, implementing different IT security projects.
Stéphane Koch is High-Tech Bridge’s Information Security expert, specializing in competitive intelligence, social networks and media strategy. A sergeant in Switzerland’s elite military forces, Mr. Koch holds a MAS in Economic Crime Investigation and has extensive experience in online reputation management, brand protection on the web, response to cyber-bullying problems and other cases of Internet crime. A member of the scientific board of MAS in strategic scanning and economic intelligence, he is also a speaker and lecturer for various public and private training institutions.
Chief Financial Officer, Board Member
William Weber obtained his university degree in economics and finance in Fribourg. He completed an accomplished Swiss Civil Protection service as an officer and has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, having working as an expert with leading companies internationally and across Switzerland.
Bertrand Kolb is a holder of Master Degree in Economic Crime Investigation. Being an officer in the Swiss army, he was incorporated into a number of military police troops. After his military service was completed, he spent time developing his experience in various types of investigations and forensics during his successful career in the Swiss police. Being an expert in information and communications security and encryption, Mr. Kolb is a co-founder of Adeya, a swiss company specialized in encrypted voice calls and messaging.
Nicolas Giannakopoulos was in charge of the three-year research program, financed by the Swiss Confederation, entitled "Swiss Corruption and Organized Crime". Previous to that, he was active in many research programs and has carried out many analyses for large institutions. Mr. Giannakopoulos has collaborated closely with Swiss magistrates and police services and was rewarded with the medal of Merit from the Brazilian judicial authorities.
Chief Security Specialist
A holder of several certifications, such as XGPN, LPT, CISSP, CCSE, CCSA, GREM, CHFI, ECSA, CEH, eCPPT, RHCE, RHCT & MCP, Mr. Bourla has been active in the information security market since 2000, where he was responsible for the Swiss networks of an international industrial company ranked among the first 30 innovative companies in the Forbes Top 100. He created an Information Technology and Security Consulting company based in Geneva, where he has designed and implemented several security related projects in the industrial, medical and pharmaceutical sector. Mr. Bourla left his company to work as a Penetration Tester and Project Manager for a prestigious Swiss ethical hacking company. There, he conducted security audits and managed a pool of Penetration Testers while providing consultancy services to companies such as private Swiss banks, military organizations and government agencies with high security requirements. Prior to joining High-Tech Bridge, Mr. Bourla worked as a Security Specialist and managed the data center of a leading authentication firm specializing in PKI and security identity management trust services. At High-Tech Bridge, Mr. Bourla is the Chief Security Specialist, where he successfully manages a team of certified auditors and takes part in penetration tests and digital forensic investigations for worldwide leading companies.
Chief Research Officer
Marsel Nizamutdinov has a university degree with honors in System Analysis and Mathematics. He is working in IT security industry since 2001, when he was responsible for information security in a medical institution. At the beginning of 2003, Mr. Nizamutdinov was appointed Head of Infrastructure and Security at one of the biggest online retailers in Eastern Europe, where he managed the security of on-line transactions for both European and American markets. Since 2008, he has been nominated Chief Security Specialist at a leading software company in Eastern Europe with more than 50 thousands corporate customers, including biggest banks and governmental institutions, and strategic partnerships with Microsoft and Oracle. Mr. Nizamutdinov is also an author of one of the first books about web application security printed at the beginning of 2005 in two languages. Under his management, High-Tech Bridge's R&D department discovers new vulnerabilities and innovative attacking techniques which are available to our customers. A small part of that research is also available to the public as Security Advisories.
